Please note that this policy does not pertain to any software that was delivered digitally. The return policy for software developed by Angel Speaks Communications Products is:
* You must contact us in writing (email is OK [email protected]) for return authorization within 15 days upon receipt.
* Product arrives damaged: within 15 days return with original packaging and receipt for a replacement.
* Product not compatible with your system: within 15 days return with original packaging and receipt for a replacement. Please note: our software has been tested on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating systems. If you have a different operating system, we will not refund the shipping/handling, or reimburse you for return shipping.
* If you are not satisfied with the product: within 15 days return with original packaging and receipt. We will not refund the shipping/handling, or reimburse you for return shipping.
* If you decide not to accept the terms of the End User License Agreement: within 7 days return with original packaging and receipt. We will not refund the shipping/handling, or reimburse you for return shipping.
